Question:


I purchased a home that is partial log and partial log siding (most of it is siding) that has been painted it appears several times. I would like to take it all down to original and then stain. How do you remove the paint? Thanks for any advice you can give.

Answer:

You will have to corn cob blast, or maybe sand blast. If there is many old coats of paint you will probably have to sand it after the blasting to finish remove all of the old paint.
