Question:
I wonder what can be done to level a leaning trappers cabin. It leans from front to back.
Some people say, I need to get two comealongs,
place 2x6's between logs(vertical) around the cabin before setting the cables over them . Is that a good idea? The cabin is about 10x12 only.
It's very small and, it will be used only in the Spring, Summer, and Fall as recreational.
Answer:
I'm not following you on this idea. It just needs to be jacked up and place cribing under it to make it level, thne set down on the cribing. Or you can build a level foundation under it while it is jacked up.
