Question:

My family and I live in a 36 year old tongue-and-groove log cabin. The interior of the house is a flat uniform wall. The exterior logs are somewhat rounded and not uniform. Orignally there was some kind of caulking/insulation strips between the logs in the tongue and grooves. I can feel cold air coming in between the logs. How do I seal/chink the house to prevent drafts without changing the exterior look?

Answer:

You need to caulk it 100% with Energy Seal. Call Mike at 866-670-3020 if you need help. Call Timeless Wood Care at 800-564-2987 for the materials you need.
