We just bought a kit log home built in 1990 in Hawaii, and appears to have had no maintenance in this time. I can see a little sunlight through the walls. Can you recommend products to preserve, fill in the gaps between logs, stain, stain remover, stop bugs. All for interior and exterior. Keeping in mind our moist climate and constant UV and salt breeze. There has already been stain applied but it needs to be redone in a different color. I don't have a clue where to start.
